The return period is met by sending the goods on time (date of postmark). After the return period has expired, a binding purchase is made, and the goods will no longer be accepted for return.

The right of return only applies if the purchased item is returned unused and in perfect new condition.

The goods are considered unused if they show no signs of wear and are returned in their original, undamaged packaging, complete with all accessories.

The shipping costs for returns are not covered by CAROLINA CORRODI GmbH and are borne by the buyer .

Upon receipt of the goods, we will promptly refund the purchase price, excluding postage, subject to the aforementioned conditions, or replace the goods, depending on the buyer's preference.

If you benefited from free shipping over CHF 150 when you ordered and the value of the goods falls below CHF 150 when you return them, the corresponding shipping costs will be deducted from the merchandise credit.

To ensure your dog harness lasts a long time and remains hygienic, please follow these care instructions:
- Light soiling can be removed with a damp cloth
- Washable by hand or at 30°C in the washing machine
- Do not use detergents containing bleach or harsh chemicals
- Do not tumble dry
- After washing, let it air dry, do not dry on the heater or in direct sunlight
