Product details:

• Available in three sizes, each with an adjustable knot to fit your dog's individual neck circumference. The sizes partially overlap to ensure a perfect fit.
• For maximum effect, the collar should be worn permanently .
• This collar is not suitable for attaching a leash
• Even though the collar offers good protection, as with all other tick repellents, there is no guarantee of complete freedom from ticks.
• Design highlight: The collar features a gray, reflective rope and a cute silver paw pendant. The reflective threads provide additional safety in the dark —ideal for walks on dark days.

The return period is met by sending the goods on time (date of postmark). After the return period has expired, a binding purchase is made, and the goods will no longer be accepted for return.

The right of return only applies if the purchased item is returned unused and in perfect new condition.

The goods are considered unused if they show no signs of wear and are returned in their original, undamaged packaging, complete with all accessories.

The shipping costs for returns are not covered by CAROLINA CORRODI GmbH and are borne by the buyer .

Upon receipt of the goods, we will promptly refund the purchase price, excluding postage, subject to the aforementioned conditions, or replace the goods, depending on the buyer's preference.

If you benefited from free shipping over CHF 150 when you ordered and the value of the goods falls below CHF 150 when you return them, the corresponding shipping costs will be deducted from the merchandise credit.
