The return period is met by sending the goods on time (date of postmark). After the return period has expired, a binding purchase is made, and the goods will no longer be accepted for return.

The right of return only applies if the purchased item is returned unused and in perfect new condition.

The goods are considered unused if they show no signs of wear and are returned in their original, undamaged packaging, complete with all accessories.

The shipping costs for returns are not covered by CAROLINA CORRODI GmbH and are borne by the buyer .

Upon receipt of the goods, we will promptly refund the purchase price, excluding postage, subject to the aforementioned conditions, or replace the goods, depending on the buyer's preference.

If you benefited from free shipping over CHF 150 when you ordered and the value of the goods falls below CHF 150 when you return them, the corresponding shipping costs will be deducted from the merchandise credit.

Care instructions:
Both inner linings can be easily removed and washed in the washing machine at 30°C.
The leather surface of the bag can be carefully cleaned with a damp cloth and treated with a special leather care product to preserve its beauty for a long time.
