An exchange is possible within 10 days after prior contact via email (shop@carolinacorrodi.com) or WhatsApp (+41 76 518 99 11) . It is important to us to always have satisfied customers.
The article name, the invoice number and a reason must be given.
The shipping costs of the returns are not taken over by carolinacorrodi.com and are at the expense of the buyer. The shipping costs of the purchase from carolinacorrodi.com are borne by the buyer, even if the order is returned in full.
Discount items cannot be exchanged or returned.
